A 4.5-year boy is on 'Lerace' due to seizures occurred 3 times in lifetime, first was in high fever but others 2 in normal condition, no seizure since 2 years. He doesn't speak comprehensibly, speaks but some words are understandable, some are not. Some sounds are difficult for him to speak. Plz, guide what to do.

A 4-year-old child having an allergic cough and blocked nose and cough is continuous. Cough is the main concern. She having the cough from 2 months on and off. It's an allergic cough. No fever. X.ray is clear. I gave cetirizine. T. Day. Avil. And cool. Prospan on doc prescription and in two months she already did 3 courses of antibiotics.

My 3.5 months old daughter is having bluish/purple bottom lips in the middle. She sucks her hands and bottom lips all the time, whenever she is awake. She is taking the proper feed and is doing fine. Should I be concerned because of her blue lip?

Please suggest what this could be on the skin. It's on the leg near the calf area, slightly itchy and burning.

10 Days back I felt some acne on the scalp and after 1-2 days there were more so I went to a barber and get my head shaved then I saw the acne it was like 14-15 but when I went today to the barber for shaving the head again there was a bunch of acne. Can anyone tell me what to do for it? I have used a cap since last week whenever i went out can this increase the acne on scalp?

My 5 months old baby is suffering from cold. He has severe chest congestion. His Dr prescribed him Rigix 1/2 tea spoon at bedtime. But I think it is not suiting him. He throws up after half an hour due to its bitter taste. Can I change it with some other anti-allergy syrup? Maybe Phenergan? If yes, then how much dosage? I am already nebulizing him with normal saline water twice a day and putting Norsaline P drops/spray before every feed. Also, pumping the mucus out from his nose.

My mother age 60 is a chronic patient of osteoporosis and on the bed from 8 years. My question is that my 7 yrs old was complaining headache for two weeks, so I took her for eyesight test and the doctor put some drops in her eyes and asked me to continue putting them for 3 days, I don't know the name because she gave me the drops in a needleless syringe, now the question is that those drops have caused her vision to blur like she can't read anything from the book, but big things she can see and read, how long will it take the vision to be clear again?

I want to know what could be a cause of sudden breakouts/acne all over the face? My face was really clear. But two weeks ago my whole left cheek got full of acne, then right chin.
